Laptop Folders

        In your English folder, make sure everything is in separate folders

The System

        Delete from Downloads folder (My Computer/C Drive/ Program Files/First Class/Downloads)

        Disk Defragment (Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools/ Disk Defragment)

        Disk (Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools/ Disk Clean-up)

        Back-up

 Email

        Look in all conferences

        Read over all email

        Respond to any teacher email

Mark as "unread" any email you need to respond to later

        DELETE  anything unnecessary (keep your email to under 25)

English Journals

        Check that you have all English Journals

        Redo any you are missing (take ten minutes each)

Papers/Binders

        Put papers in correct places

        Discard scratch paper
